Alua e Comidas Portuguesa Kamin
“ALUA E COMIDAS PORTUGUESA KAM IN” specializes in authentic Portuguese pastries and has a rich history spanning over 100 years in Macau. Currently run by the third generation, their food is meticulously crafted using traditional methods passed down through the ages. In 2012, the local cooking techniques employed by the bakery were recognized as part of Macau's intangible cultural heritage. Notably, ALUA offers a variety of pastries such as Ladu, Empada de Peixe, Bicho Bicho, and more, making it the exclusive destination in Macau for these delectable treats.
Ma Hung Kee Bakery
The "Ma Hung Kee" brand has accompanied the growth of many Macau people for 60 years since its establishment. It has also witnessed the hard work of the past three generations of the Ma family. Based on the concept of "making cakes with heart and winning by quality", it uses high-quality ingredients and advanced technology. It also inherits the cake-making skills and quality that combine long tradition and innovative spirit, which can be passed down from generation to generation and make progress together with Macao.
Pastelaria Chui Heong
The family-run Chui Heong Pastelaria is one of the inheritors of Macau's almond biscuit-making technique, recognized by the Cultural Affairs Bureau as an intangible cultural heritage. With traditional, hand-made production and ancient charcoal grilling, their almond biscuits offer a one-of-a-kind taste and enjoyment.
Porthos Macau
As Macau's longest-established canned fish brand, Porthos came to the city from Portugal more than 75 years. Their classic spiced sardines and original sardines are the collective memory of Macau people. They have also developed their own special delicacies such as egg rolls and spicy sardine-flavoured almond cookies.
Wong Chi Kei
Since their opening in 1946, Wong Chi Kei has catered to local residents with noodles made using the traditional, bamboo-pressed technique. Renowned for their slender, glossy noodles, the shop also offers "Yea Yea Noodles" gifts and souvenirs, including the award-winning "Shrimp Roe Sauced Noodles" and "Sweet and Sour Sauced Noodles".
