Hotel room

• Applicable to stays from 1st March to 30th June, 2024
• Offer must be made through the Hotel in advance and are subject to availability upon request.
• The dining credit is only applicable for consumption of in-house guests at designated restaurants and in-room dining with the exception of In-Room Minibar. The Hotel may amend the designated restaurants at its sole and absolute discretion.
• The dining credit cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, gift certificates or vouchers and is not applicable for gratuity nor services provided by third parties.
• The eligible purchases must be charged to guest room. The credit will be automatically applied to eligible purchases charged to guest room upon check-out.
• The dining credit is only available during the stay, and are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• No shortening of stay nor refund will be accepted after check-in.
• All rates are charged on a per room, per night basis.
• All room rates shown are in MOP, and are subject to a 10% service charge and prevailing government tax.
• All rates are based on single or double occupancy. The maximum number of registered persons in any room is 3 adults (a supplement charge will be applied to the third guest for accommodation and such supplement charge does not include any other package benefits) or 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years old. Exceeding the maximum number of occupants using the room for any period of time may result in an over-occupancy charge being levied.
• For children under 12 years old, residence in one room with adults is free of charge.
• The official check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Any early check-in or late check-out request is subject to the Hotel's availability and may incur an additional charge.
• Early check-in is subject to pre-booking one night in advance at the full day’s Flexible Rate.
• Late check-out is subject to 50% of one night’s Flexible Rate up to 6:00 p.m., or a full day’s Flexible Rate after 6:00 p.m.
• Guests may be required to present the original credit card used in the reservation upon check-in for verification purposes. The Hotel reserves the right to reject guests who check in without presenting the original credit card with the designated signature.
• All guests must provide a valid passport or government-issued ID card at check-in for verification and security purposes.
• Any special requests are subject to the Hotel's availability upon check-in, and may incur an additional charge.
• Smoking is prohibited inside non-smoking rooms. The registered guest shall be liable for a fine of up to MOP2,500 for smoking in a designated non-smoking room or if we find any evidence or believe that any of the guests have been smoking in any non-smoking room (including smells, cigarettes, and cigarette butts in the room).
• A maximum of one sofa bed can be arranged with advance notice, subject to an additional charge and availability.
• Guests must be at least 18 years old to reserve a room.
• A parent or legal guardian must accompany guests under the age of 18.
• The Hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain falsified or incomplete information or contain or result from a mistake or error.
• This offer cannot be combined with other promotions, gift certificates or vouchers.
• This offer is not applicable for group bookings of 10 or more rooms.
• The Hotel shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs or expenses incurred by guests as a result of any reservation cancellation.
• The Hotel shall not be responsible or liable for errors in reservation details provided by the booker.
• This policy is a non-exhaustive list of reservation policies upheld by the Hotel. We reserve the right to add, alter, or amend any of the above terms, conditions, and rules as and when we deem it necessary.

Guarantee Policy

• All reservations must be guaranteed by a full non-refundable advance payment for the total room cost, including any applicable tax and service charge at the time of reservation via a valid credit card or designated form of e-payment.

Cancellation Policy

• No amendment or cancellation will be accepted for bookings under this promotional rate. The non-refundable advance payment will be forfeited for any cancellation or no-show.

"The Hotel" refers to SJM Resorts, Limited (“SJM”), GLP Hospitality Services Limited and/or other subsidiaries of SJM.

Martial Art Arena

General

• Any participants who engage in the game acknowledge that they have read and fully understood the present terms & conditions (the “Terms & Conditions”), and agree to abide by them. SJM Resorts, Limited and its subsidiaries, including GLP Hospitality Services Limited (collectively, “SJM”) have the final authority to interpret the Terms & Conditions.
• Participants understand and agree that the participation in this activity is voluntary and that they shall bear all risks and responsibilities for all personal belongings, and agree to release SJM from any and all legal liabilities and damages arising out of this activity, including damages to or loss of property or belongings.
• Participants shall be fully responsible, irrevocably waive, exempt, release, discharge and hold harmless SJM from any and all liability for injury (including death) to oneself or others, any claim, loss, expense or cause of action arising out of any breach of the Terms and Conditions or the instructions of onsite staff, negligence or improper use of the facilities.
• Children, especially those under the age of 8, must be accompanied and supervised by an adult when using the facilities. The adult shall supervise the child at all times and accept full responsibility for any damage caused by the child.
• SJM reserves the right to modify or revise the Terms and Conditions and the final decision on all disputes, including but not limited to changing, cancelling or terminating the activity without prior notice due to operational needs. In the event of any dispute, the decision of SJM shall be final.
• The activity may be modified, cancelled or terminated at an y time without notice due to typhoon or other adverse weather conditions, special events, for security, safety, order, maintenance or operational reasons, or as SJM considers that the circumstances so require, in which case no refund or compensation will be provided, including deferment or refund of purchased tickets.
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Macau SAR. Participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Macau for the purpose of resolving any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions.
• In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of the Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.

Game card and game rules

• Participants shall start the game with one game card.
• The game card is non transferable, non exchangeable and non refundable. Lost, damaged, stolen or altered game card will not be replaced or reissued.
• Participants must follow instructions and queue up. Each queue allows for one game participation. If participants wish to play again, they must rejoin the queue at the back. Cutting the line or leaving the queue and returning later is strictly prohibited.
• All participants must follow the instructions of onsite staff. Seat saving, queuing on behalf of others, or carrying any flammable, sharp, or large items into the venue is not allowed. Running inside the venue is prohibited.
• Participants must avoid behaviors that may affect their own safety or the safety of others, and must comply with all safety requirements and follow instructions given by on site personnel.
• SJM has the right to refuse entry to individuals who violate the rules or disrupt the order of the event, and objections will n ot be entertained.
• There is no age restriction for this game; however, optimal effects are observed for individuals with a height between 120 190 centimeters due to equipment limitations.
• Individuals with physical discomfort should not participate in this game activity. Pregnant women, individuals with high blood pressure, heart conditions, neck or back problems, motion sickness, dizziness, or epilepsy, claustrophobia, contagious skin diseases or those who have consumed alcohol or medication are absolutely not suitable for using this game facility. If there are any doubts, please consult a doctor before participating in the game.

SJM x Macau Cruise Experience Voucher

• This voucher can only be used on the Cruise Departure Date. The original voucher must be presented upon boarding the vessel.
• Passengers should be aware of the boarding time and embarkation point of the shuttle bus service and vessel service. SJM will not accept late arrivals and will not be liable if passengers fail to board the shuttle bus or vessel on time.
• No amendment or cancellation will be accepted for this cruise activity. The non-refundable advance payment will be forfeited for any cancellation or no-show.
• This voucher cannot be transferred, resold or exchanged for cash.
• Passengers must comply with the terms and conditions, the rules and regulations of the vessel and the instructions of staff.
• Once on board, passengers cannot disembark until the entire cruise journey is completed.
• Smoking is prohibited on the vessel.
• SJM reserves the right to change or cancel this promotional activity due to inclement weather or other force majeure.
• This voucher is issued by and remains the property of SJM. It will not be accepted or replaced if lost, damaged or stolen.
• This voucher shall be invalidated when suspected of being tampered with, obtained fraudulently or unlawfully.
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Macau SAR.
• SJM reserves the right to suspend or terminate this promotion and amend the terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of any disputes, the decision of SJM shall be final and conclusive.
