Palace Garden
A contemporary tribute to the resplendent Chinoiserie period of China's trade history, Palace Garden's opulent fine dining and evocative aesthetics have garnered prestigious accolades, including a Five-Star Award from Forbes Travel Guide 2025, a One-Diamond rating from the Black Pearl Restaurant Guide 2025, and Diamond Restaurant status from the Trip.Gourmet 2026 The Global Selection of Restaurants.
Designed by Alan Chan, the restaurant's setting celebrates the splendour of an imperial garden. As you enter the main dining room of the resort's flagship restaurant, you are greeted by entrancing touches such as traditional Suzhou embroidery showcased in a bespoke, 35-metre-long mural of chrysanthemums and an installation of custom-made, double-sided embroidery fans. This extraordinary expression of colours, culture and craftsmanship is further manifested in five individually themed private dining rooms, perfect for joyful reunions and festive celebrations. Finally, at Li Bai Bar, the restaurant's signature bar, you can enjoy an immersive art experience by artist Yang Yong Liang that blends spectacular night views of Macau and Hong Kong with a modern cityscape ink painting displayed in large digital walls. Together, these grand settings offer a variety of elegant Macau check-in hotspots to preserve beautiful memories of your fine dining experience.
Amid this exquisite and regal ambience, you can savour exceptional and authentic Cantonese cuisine with dishes such as Premium Partridge Bisque and Crystal King Tiger Prawns, prepared by the Head Chef using the finest ingredients and masterful culinary techniques. Pair your meal with a Chinese tea or a special cocktail made with Chinese liquor – the perfect highlight to complete your delectable journey. Palace Garden also hosts an extensive wine list, honoured for another consecutive year with both the most prestigious "3 Glass Award" rating by China's Wine List of the Year Awards 2024, and the "Best of Award of Excellence" 2025 from Wine Spectator.
