Immerse yourself in an unparalleled culinary encounter showcasing the splendour of Taishi cuisine at One-MICHELIN-Starred Palace Garden, the luxurious backdrop featured in Asia’s premier culinary showcase.

For three nights only, Head Chef Ken Chong, a special guest judge on MasterChef Asia 2026, will present a six-course tasting menu showcasing his signature Cantonese dishes in the restaurant's elegant private dining rooms. Each evening, guests will have the rare opportunity to watch the episode featuring Chef Ken alongside the chef himself.
