      Indulge in an exceptional evening of fine wine and cuisine as Château Lascombes takes centre stage at One-MICHELIN-Starred Don Alfonso 1890.

       

      A distinguished Second Growth Grand Cru Classé from Margaux in the historic 1855 Bordeaux Classification, Château Lascombes is celebrated for its profound terroir, refined character, and enduring winemaking legacy.

       

      The evening features a bespoke six-course menu by Head Chef Fabiano Palombini, inspired by the vibrant Mediterranean flavours of Italy’s Sorrento Peninsula and the Amalfi Coast. Thoughtfully paired with Château Lascombes’ acclaimed vintages, each course creates a captivating dialogue between Southern Italian culinary heritage and the timeless elegance of Bordeaux.

        As a Second Growth Grand Cru Classé of the historic 1855 Bordeaux Classification, Château Lascombes stands today as one of Bordeaux's most modern and well-equipped wineries. For this event, the château presents a curated tasting of six vintages spanning from 2008 to 2022, featuring the celebrated Château Lascombes and the fresh, fruity Chevalier de Lascombes. The evening culminates with the 2022 La Côte Lascombes, an exquisite and rare expression of top-tier single-varietal Merlot from the Left Bank, crafted in the heart of the Margaux appellation.

Upholding a true farm-to-table philosophy, Chef Fabiano combines premium ingredients from Don Alfonso 1890's own Le Pieracciole farm with the finest local produce from Macau, infusing the rich heritage of Southern Italian cuisine into every dish.
