SJM Resorts is delighted to have received prestigious recognition in the MICHELIN Guide Hong Kong | Macau 2026. This year, the Guide collectively awarded three MICHELIN Stars across three of our distinguished restaurants in Grand Lisboa Palace Resort Macau, one of SJM's flagship properties.
Building on our culinary achievements, SJM will continue to celebrate Macau's gastronomic culture and elevate its reputation as a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy ever higher by promoting local culinary talent, pushing the boundaries of innovation, and supporting the promotion of "tourism + gastronomy" as Macau establishes itself as a World Centre of Tourism and Leisure.
Award-winning Restaurants

This year, opulent Cantonese restaurant Palace Garden debuted in the Guide with one MICHELIN Star, in recognition of its fine dining, evocative aesthetics, and dedication to the traditional recipes and contemporary reinterpretations of Taishi cuisine that pay contemporary tribute to the exquisite flavours of rare, royal Cantonese cuisine.

An intimate homage to Japan's kappo tradition, Zuicho once again earned its one MICHELIN Star in the Guide this year, a well-deserved honour for a restaurant that epitomises the art of omakase dining and refined Japanese haute cuisine with an unwavering commitment to precision and authenticity.


A pioneer of farm-to-table cuisine, Don Alfonso 1890 received its first MICHELIN Star this year for capturing the authentic flavours of Southern Italy with meticulously crafted dishes that pay homage to the food traditions of Sorrento Peninsula and the Amalfi Coast in a lush, glamourous ambience.
