      2026 WORLD ALBA WHITE TRUFFLE CHARITY AUCTION

      An extraordinary synthesis of fine dining, heritage and philanthropy

      On 8 November, SJM Resorts will be participating in the prestigious Global Alba White Truffle Charity Auction at One-MICHELIN-Starred Don Alfonso 1890, the culinary crown jewel of Grand Lisboa Palace Resort Macau. Uniting fine dining, cultural storytelling, and noble philanthropy, this prestigious evening brings international connoisseurs together for an unforgettable haute cuisine celebration.

       

      Connecting Italy’s historic Castle of Grinzane Cavour with partner hubs across Macau, Hong Kong, Bangkok, Vienna, London, Vilnius, and Brasilia.

        LIVE AUCTION HIGHLIGHTS

        The live auction on the evening will showcase approximately 1 kg of prized Alba White Truffles, featuring three rare specimens weighing approximately 250g, 300g, and 350g, paired with 10 magnum bottles of exquisite Barolo and Barbaresco wines.

        CHEF ERNESTO IACCARINO

        As heir to the Iaccarino family that founded MICHELIN Starred restaurant Don Alfonso 1890 in Sant'Agata sui due Golfi, Chef Ernesto Iaccarino continues to uphold the local culture and ancient traditions of the Amalfi Coast. An adherent of the farm-to-table philosophy, he believes in using high-quality ingredients and taking full advantage of the fresh local fruits and vegetables grown at the family-owned and operated Le Pieracciole farm for more than three decades.

        CHEF FABIANO PALOMBINI

        For more than 35 years, Chef Fabiano Palombini has dedicated himself to Italian gastronomy, honing his craft with rigorous precision in the relentless pursuit of excellence. Renowned for his technical mastery and creative flair, he approaches time-honoured recipes with modern innovation while preserving classic Italian flavours. Upholding a true farm-to-table philosophy, Chef Fabiano combines premium ingredients from Don Alfonso 1890's own Le Pieracciole farm with the finest local produce from Macau, infusing the rich heritage of Southern Italian cuisine into every dish.
